| Program for the Musical Development of Young People Saito Kinen Festival Matsumoto is not merely a festival of classical music performance. It also provides the opportunity for the members of the orchestra to pass Hideo Saito's “genes”on to young musicians, through their devotion to teaching. In addition, the festival is giving the gift of music to the next generation of children, whom these concerts are specially designed for. |
